KartZone All-Terrain Off-Road Go-Kart 
Limited Warranty and Return Policy

1. Limited Warranty
KartZone warrants that your All-Terrain Off-Road Go-Kart will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable Warranty Period.

1.1 Warranty Periods:
   - Frame: 1 year from the date of original purchase
   - Engine: 6 months from the date of original purchase
   - Other Components: 90 days from the date of original purchase

1.2 What This Warranty Covers:
   - Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
   - Engine stalling issues not caused by user error
   - Performance issues that significantly impair normal use

1.3 What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
   - Normal wear and tear
   - Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence
   - Unauthorized modifications or repairs
   - Damage caused by improper fuel or incorrect fuel mixture
   - Damage from use in dangerous or inappropriate areas
   - Issues arising from use by individuals weighing over 264 lbs (120 kg)
   - Intentional damage to any part of the go-kart
   - Damage caused by acts of God or other force majeure events
   - Commercial use (unless explicitly authorized by KartZone)

2. Your Responsibilities
To maintain your warranty coverage, you must:
   - Operate the go-kart according to the provided instructions
   - Perform required maintenance as outlined in the user manual
   - Use only recommended fuel and oil mixtures as specified
   - Register your product within 14 days of purchase at www.kartzone.us/register

3. Fuel Requirements
   - Use 87 octane regular unleaded gasoline
   - Mix with high-quality 2T (two-stroke) oil at the ratio specified in the user manual
   - Improper fuel use may void this warranty and could damage the engine

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

   - Proof of purchase
   - Product registration information
   - A detailed description of the issue

5. What KartZone Will Do
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, KartZone will, at its option:
   - Repair the defective part or product
   - Replace the defective part or product
   - Provide a refund (for defects reported within the first 30 days of purchase)

6. Return Policy
You may return your unused, unaltered go-kart within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers
This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KARTZONE DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS.

8. Limitation of Liability
KARTZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, COST OF SUBSTITUTED PRODUCTS OR FACILITIES, DOWNTIME COSTS, OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY OF THE FOREGOING DAMAGES.

9. Your Rights Under California Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. As a California resident, you are entitled to specific consumer rights under California law.

9.1 California Consumers
For products purchased in California by California residents, KartZone will comply with applicable California consumer laws, including but not limited to the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

9.2 California Proposition 65 Warning
WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including engine exhaust, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

10. Emissions Compliance
This product complies with applicable CARB (California Air Resources Board) and EPA emissions regulations for off-road vehicles.

11. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

12. Environmental Responsibility
At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it responsibly. Contact your local waste management facility for proper disposal methods for fuel-powered equipment.
